I work in Microsoft's Advertising Platform group, based in Redmond, WA, as an Ad Platform Evangelist. That means that I go out and talk to Microsoft's customers about how they can build systems which integrate with our advertising platform, and hear the challenges that they're facing.

Prior to this job, I worked for six years for WebAbacus, a web analytics company, which I helped to found. And before that, I served time with both IBM and Lotus.
